• Name
• Phone number
• Address
• Is this a Residential or Commercial project?
• Is this a remodel or new construction?
• Name of material, if known
• Approximate square feet
• Type of backsplash (stone, tile, etc.)?
• Is the sink an undermount or drop-in?
• Are you supplying a new sink or would you like us to supply one for you?
• How many faucet holes?
• Is the range a cooktop or free-standing?
• Edge style?
• How many linear feet of finished edging?
• Would you like for us to remove existing countertops?
• If so, what type tops are we removing? (tile, solid surface, laminate, etc.)
• What is your target install date?
